Description of the annual cycle 25/26

The annual cycle shows activities to handle during the academic year 2025-2026. Activities are listed with the dates on which they can be carried out or with their deadlines.

Study periods (LP)

  • LP 1/HT1: from end of August until including October
  • LP2/HT2: from November until beginning of January
  • LP3/VT1: from middle of January until including March
  • LP4/VT2: from April to the beginning of June

  • Fill in EMU (Examination goal fulfilment)
  • Course application open for LP2
  • 2025-09-05: VT schedule requests
  • 2025-09-08: Check ”kurskontrollen” for late registrations LP1
  • 2025-09-18: Proplan: Propose course offerings for next year
  • 2025-09-23: Order course litterature for LP2

Oktober

  • 2025-10-02 to 2025-10-14: CEQ follow-up LP4
  • 2025-10-10: VT schedule for review 
  • 2025-10-31: VT schedule fixed
  • Exam week TP1
  • Admission of exchange students

  • Course application open for LP3
